2. We have implemented high-level antivirus and firewall measures to actively protect against both internal and external threats.

3. We ensure the security of your data by implementing NDAs.

4. Prohibiting employees from connecting personal removable storage devices to our systems enhances security.

5. Employees are prohibited from the use of personal emails as a part of our security measures.

6. There is limited access to certain websites.

7. LedgerAce operates in a paperless environment.

Security of Premises:

1. Our office premises are under 24*7 CCTV surveillance.

2. Access to the office is controlled through access control devices like fingerprint scanners.

3. The server is located in locked premises and is password-protected.

Who we share your data with:

We use your data solely for maintaining and preparing your books of accounts, with no other purposes in mind.

How long we retain your data:

The team retains data only for the duration of our association as your bookkeepers and service providers. We do not keep any data after the conclusion of our association. We work directly on your cloud system and do not maintain any backups.

What rights do you have over your data:

If you have an account on this site or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us. You can also request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes.
